Kathryn has not only had the great honor to cut Silhouettes at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery in Washington, DC, but has also cut Silhouettes in the homes of two former U.S. Presidents.

Silhouette artist Kathryn Flocken has been featured in several Bridal publications that wanted to highlight her unique wedding service of freehand cutting Silhouettes for Wedding Guests. 

Kathryn can create up to 100 hand cut Silhouettes at a 4 hour Wedding reception. She cuts two copies simultaneously, one for the Guest to keep, and one that is mounted in a Guest Book for the Bride and Groom to keep!

Silhouettes take about 2 minutes per person, so won't take up too much of your Guest's time, and they won't have to wait long in line to get one done.

An 8"x10" hand cut portrait made from your wedding photo, and comes complete in an oval frame of your choice (black, silver or gold). Or a mat. 

Black oval frame: Real wood with a hand gold-leafed inner rim. By far the most popular choice! 

Gold and Silver Frame: Real wood. The scoop profile is flanked by a beaded inner lip and a rope/bead ornament on the back edge. The finish is hand rubbed and antiqued to accent details.

Paper used is acid free. 

Portraits can be 1/2 body or full body, please just specify, or we can talk about what might look best.
