Hand-cut Silhouette portraits by Kathryn Flocken make for a fun and unique party favor. Beautiful black oval frames can also be added into your Silhouette party package to complete the look of the Silhouettes.
Go to PaperPortraits for more information, and send an email inquiry. Include the date, time, city, state and number of Guests in your inquiry. I would be traveling to you from Orlando, Florida.
